In an era where connectivity is power, MTN Sahel Sarl stands as a cornerstone in bridging the digital divide across the Sahel region. Established in 2000 as Cambusum Telecom and later rebranded to Multi-Technologies Networking Sahel Sarl, the company has evolved into a premier provider of Telecommunications and Energy Infrastructure services in Cameroon, Chad, and Niger.

Our expertise spans over two decades, with certified engineers and technicians trained by industry giants like Ericsson and Huawei. MTN Sahel has been instrumental in deploying critical telecommunications infrastructure, including over 600 km of national fiber optic backbone connecting Cameroon to Sudan via Chad, and more than 100 BTS and Microwave sites for MTN Cameroon.

Between 2009 and 2018, the company led several strategic projects for Orange Niger, Camtel, and Huawei, such as site commissioning, data center installation, and hybrid turnkey site construction. These deployments not only improved mobile network coverage but also bolstered the digital transformation in underserved and remote areas.

MTN Sahel’s approach integrates technical precision, regional experience, and a deep understanding of local terrain challenges, ensuring quality delivery under the most demanding conditions. Our footprint continues to grow, creating a stronger, more connected Sahel.
